Every piece we carry is one of one, so once it's gone, it's gone. Before checking out, please take a moment with the photos, measurements, and condition notes. We do our best to document each bag honestly, including its wear. Because of the nature of pre-loved inventory, orders generally can't be cancelled or returned.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We allow a 5-hour window after purchase to update it - just reach out and we'll take care of it. Once a package has been delivered to the address on the order, it's out of our hands, though we're always happy to help you troubleshoot.

We take fraudulent activity seriously and don't tolerate it. All orders may be screened through our payment platform's fraud detection and authorization tools. If something is flagged for review, we may reach out to verify your identity, billing, shipping, or payment details before the order ships.
